This game would be great if it worked offline. The first two games were beautiful and fun to play, so I purchased this one as soon as I finished the trial. Unfortunately, the full version of the game won't work without an internet connection, and if you try to open it offline, it acts as if you never paid. I was hoping to play this on the subway and during flights, but the unreasonable DRM makes it impossible.

Visually, Monument Valley 3 is an absolute masterpiece. I absolutely love the graphics and the stunning isometric art the series is famous for. I was a bit disappointed by the difficulty. I breezed right through the levels, and it just didn't capture that same magical, challenging feeling I had playing the first two games. I didn't enjoy the new boat mechanics—they just didn't click for me. It’s still a gorgeous game worth experiencing, but I definitely missed the puzzle depth of the originals.

As usual the graphics are quite beautiful, and the puzzles are fun and difficult. I really like the evolution of the game from 1 through 3 with all the different NPC interactions and the new ways of interacting with the environment, like the sail boats. Overall, I found it fun as well as slightly difficult. I also liked how it continued with the themes of the first two while adding on new dynamics.
